We are going to start project with LEED NC-v4 certification of industrial building in industrial park.
There was no construction before on territory but territory was fully cleaned up from trees, bites and plants about 10 years ago by managing industrial organization that is selling territory prepared for construction.
Customer bought this field which has not been touched for 10 years. Nowadays, there is field with plants and some bites. My question is:
How should we concern this field ?
Is it 100% greenfield or 100% previously disturbed now ?
