We have a project to persue LEED ZERO Carbon. However, we can not find mix coefficients from the International Energy Agency CO2 emissions or co-efficient to convert fuel to GHG emission for international (outside US and Canada).
Does anyone have document to find them?
P/S: We try to find in "IEA - CO2 emissions from fuel combustion - Highlights" but still not yet.
