NC-v4 EAp3:Building-level energy metering

Owner's Representative Sign

Does the commitment letter be signed by the owner, which appears on the Project Details registered on LEEDOnline? We have a project which all the the decitions and policies are taken by a oganization manager which is signing the commitment letters applicable to WEp3, EAp3 and EQp2. 

Is it ok if these commitment letters are signed by the organization manager or it has to be mandatory for registered owner to sign?

Ideally signed by the owner. If not I would assume that there should be some sort of letter designating the organization manager as the owner's representative inn these matters.
