A resort we are working with has seen a reduction in occupancy from 95% to less than 5% during the last 9 months. They would like to resubmit for recertification and we are wondering how the reduced occupancy will effect the Arc LEED score. Energy, water and waste has seen a significant reduction during this time as well.
