CS-v4 SSp1:Construction activity pollution prevention

Zero Lot line / < 1 Acre site

Our project sits on .8 acres and is a zero lot line project (including ~25 SF of hardscape). Local juristiction exempts our project from developing a SWPPP. I am looking at some of the GCP templates and I have to wonder if there is an additional LEED exemption for this with so little impact. Has anyone heard of a solution for this? It seems like additional paperwork for essentially no impact. Thank you!
