LEED Precertification requirements for mechanical drawings

We are preparing the documentation for the precertification of a building CSv4. There is not much information on what level of detail the technical documents should be. The precertification worksheet indicates that mechanical schedules, plans, or drawings. It would be beneficial to know what type of information we should focus on presenting since we are in an early design stage and don't have complete mechanical schedules, plans, etc.

We do have complete architectural drawings that comply with all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other requirements for local standards and LEED. Still, I would much appreciate the expertise of someone that has previously presented for precertification.
