Are HCFC or HFC refrigerants considered CFC-based refrigerants?

NC-v4 EAc6:Enhanced refrigerant management
Project: 3-story student housing in Danville, KY
We are attempting to fill out the "Multiple Units" tab on the TRANE-provided calculator. The file defaults to 6 columns of possible equipment types--the problem is that our project has closer to 10 types of mechanical equipment. Since the file is "protected" and requires a password to edit it, we cannot add more columns and therefore add all of our equipment types.
Any advice on how to get past this?

You can use LEED form of EA Credit Enhanced Refrigerant Management. You can download the form in http://s3.amazonaws.com/ao-leedonline-prd/documents/usgbc/leed/content/CreditFormsDownload/2012/V01/ea/ea126/EAc_Refrigerants.pdf Within the form, you can add until even more than 10 HVAC&R equipment type. You also need to fill in the required information in TRANE calculator to the form. The differences are you can adjust the equipment life and you need to fill in the refrigerant charge in lb/ton instead of refrigerant charge in lb.
