Hi all,
We are working on a campus project which consists of two separate buildings which, however, do share a common underground floor.
How should we approach the energy model in this case? Are we allowed to split this underground floor and assign a portion of it to each one of the two buildings based on the floor area? If so, how are we supposed to justify this for the Project submission to GBCI?

If these are two separate LEED submissions you would just need to explain how you have separated them. It should make sense from a systems perspective as well as thermodynamically.
