Peer Networks Greenbuild Show & Tell with Happy Hour!

Hello Green Gurus!

We are planning a virtual Show & Tell and Happy Hour for Oct. 30th 7pm - 9pm ET (4pm - 6pm PT) with a Halloween theme, bring your best costumes! We will hold presentations (virtually of course!) for about the first 1 hour and 20 minutes and then will transition to some fun Happy Hour festivities, sharing, and connecting for the remainder of the time.

Calling for Presenters! Anyone who is presenting a session for Greenbuild is invited to present a 5 minute version to your sustainability leader peers, much like we would hold in person during Greenbuild week! There are a limited number of presentation slots, so let us know asap if this is something you are excited to do.

If would like to present and are leading a session at Greenbuild, please email me (roseann@buildinggreen.com) the following details and I'll get you on the list!:

  • Your presentation title
  • A short presentation description
  • If you are presenting with anyone else

Excited to get this on your calendar to watch these presentations and kick back with your peers?

A friendly reminder, even while having fun, we still want to support each other within the trusted safe space we create together: be aware and avoid offensive costumes such as anything culturally inappropriate, violent, or sexualizing any group of people, characters, etc. (if you have any questions or concerns, you are encouraged to email me directly, roseann@buildinggreen.com).

All my best,

RoseAnn

Hello Green Gurus, Thank you to all who joined us for last month's Halloween Show & Tell plus Happy Hour. We especially loved seeing all your creative costumes! The recordings from these 5 minute presentations are now available on the Resources page of the Peer Networks Hub. This latest batch of recordings are at the top of the list by default, but you can also sort by presenter name, presentation title, and event or date. Plus you can use your browser's search feature to look for keywords. One recently added feature is the ability to grab a shareable link for presentations that we have permission to share outside of the Peer Networks. Look for the link icon to the right of a presentation title and click it to copy this shareable link to your clipboard. If you've given a presentation and see anything wrong with your listing or want to change your sharing preferences, please let me know! Email jennifer@buildinggreen.com. Enjoy, and Happy Thanksgiving!
