I'm trying to figure out how to pursue this credit when I have classrooms, a gymnasium, and cafeteria that are only heated with no mechanical cooling. These spaces won't be occupied during the hottest times of the year (June through August) - do I need to include the worst case design conditions for those months still or can I get by with explaining that in the "special circumstances" section?
Also, metabolic rates in the gym are expected to be above the 1.3 MET max called out in the conditions to verify. Is there an alternative way to still verify satisfactory thermal comfort?
