NC-v4.1 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

System 3 Heating source

Hello everyone,

I am creating the baseline model for an office and have been suggested to use System 3 as HVAC sytem template for it. Since in the proposed model I use electricity as heating source, do I have to use the same in the baseline? Or should I keep the gas furnace?

See Tables G3.1.1-3 and G3.1.1-4 in ASHRAE 90.1-2016. The system type depends on your climate zone, building area and number of floors.
