I am working on multiple LEED BD&C version 4 projects, but starting my first O&M project. Will I have the same option to upgrade just certain credits to LEEDv4.1 if I register under LEED O&Mv4.0? If so, for how long before LEEDv4.1 is mandatory? Also, is there a cost for using the dynamic plaque route, and does these eliminate a large portion of the commissioning scope?
