Northern CA MEPs?

Hey team,

I'll go look to see who's in the MEP group, but does anyone in this circle have a northern California design engineer for institutional work that they'd particularly recommend? A group of folks we're engaged with is apparently having difficulty identifying a California-based MEP that everyone universally likes for high-performance buildings and before I chase myself down a research rabbit hole I thought I'd come to you all.

Depending on the project type, (and assuming they don't wont to hire a competitor A/E for MEP engineering, hehe), I'd recommend Steve Guttmann (Steve Guttmann <sguttmann@gb-eng.com>) and Ted Tiffany (Ted Tiffany <TTiffany@gb-eng.com>) at Guttmann and Blaevoet Engineeers. If you're looking for a smaller firm with instituional experience that may also meet WBE/SBE requirements, I'd recommend Shannon Allison at Alter Engineering (Shannon Allison <shannon@alterengineers.com>)
