Preferred Spaces still required?

In the new v4.1 language for Electric Vehicles, there is no mention of a preferred location as a requirement for placement of charging stations, nor infrastructure under Option 2. Has this requirement been waived under v4.1? Thank you! Brian

Hello Brian, I think the preferred location has been waived under v4.1. Still, projects are encouraged to provide preferred location to such spaces but not mandatory. Also, we had lots of v4 projects (recently) which had no preferred location for such spaces were awarded, no comments or issues raised by the reviewer. I think they are flexible with this requirement now. Thanks!
