Can I include reused furniture?

A material being reused contains recycled content. Can I count this under MRc3 and MRc4?

How can I calculate Materials and Resources by Default materials cost

I am a student and I am working on leed material calculation. I don't have any data to from anywhere as you can imagine no company is sharing with their information so is there any way that I can have cost data or in other words ''Sustainable
Criteria Value ($)'' While I only have percentages for example;

Materials Reuse 10% recovered from the debris, reused or building materials
Recycled Content 20% recycled content building materials
Regional Materials 20% of locally mined, harvested, recovered or manufactured materials
Rapidly Renewable Materials 2.5% fast renewable materials
Certified wood use 50% FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wooden products.
