This credit aligned with our project’s goals to provide an energy efficient building. The high efficiency natural gas condensing type boilers used in our design met the credit’s emission requirements. As LEED lists in further explanation for most credits, it would be nice to note this sort of alignment with the pilot credit, so as to aid in getting client-buy in for high efficiency boilers.
