Dear all,

Regarding compliance of Blue Angel certificate with general emissions evaluation, it is neccesary to fulfill an adittional requirement: "The formaldehyde limit of 10 μg/m3 at 28 days must also be met when using the AgBB alternative, as specified for class A+ in French compulsory VOC emission class labeling." ( see "low emitting Thrid party Certifications and labels July 2019.pdf").

Therefore, in order to comply with LEED, it is necessary the blue Angel certificate and one additional report from an independent lab with a result below 10 μg/m3 at 28 days of Formaldehyde.

LEED V4.1 is clear: EN16516 is the test method to use. But in case of LEED V4.0, my question is if the test method used for testing formaldehyde emission could be ISO16000-6, instead of EN16516.

As you probably know, ISO 16000-6 is the method used for A+ French label.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best Regards
