Private Company Shuttle Bus to Multiple Mode of Transit

A client is providing a shuttle bus service to its employees to and from the project building.  The shuttle bus connects the project building to multiple transit modes such as bus stations, light rail stations and other informal transportation.  Each of this connected mode of transit has no less than 24 trips to multiple directions per day.  Would this transportation scheme count to earning the credit points?
