I wish to confirm whether or not Ultra Low Temperature Laboratory Freezers are required to meet this credit.  It appears they may be required to meet this but that is not clear.  The credit language specifically mentions "commercial refruigeration equipment" but does not distinguish bewteen say restaurant and grocery store refrigerators and freezers and freezers used in laboratory or medical settings.
