We are trying to achieve the GIB - Solid Waste Management.
The project will have recycling stations, a drop-off point for hazardous waste, and recycling containers every 245m.
Concerning the compost station requirements, the project is considering incorporating a biodigestion process for the food waste of the project and having food waste collection points.
Does this comply with the Requirement c: Include as part of the project at least one compost station or location, available to all project occupants, dedicated to the collection and composting of food and yard wastes, and establish a plan for post collection use; or locate the project in a local government jurisdiction that provides composting services.
The local government does not provide a composting service.

Biodigestion does not use organic matter to fertilize or condition soil, so it's difficult to equate to composting. But onsite biodigestion in place of composting would still achieve the credit intent of reducing landfill waste. My sense is that achieving the credit intent would probably make biodigestion acceptable, but if this is a critical question it should be reviewed with GBCI. Also, if the objective is waste-to-energy using anaerobic digestion, an onsite facility might qualify for GIBc Renewable Energy Production.
