CI-v4 MRc3 Building Product Disclosure & optimization - Exemplary Performance

For exemplary performance of this credit it states;

Option 1. Purchase at least 40 permanently installed building products that meet the credit criteria.
Option 2. Purchase at least 50%, by cost, of permanently installed building products that meet the credit criteria.

Do you have to meet both of these for the exemplary performance point? So if you meet the Option 01 threshold is that 1 point, without the Option 02 threshold being met?

Rachel It is per option - so if you have 40 products for Option 1, that earns exemplary performance. Alternatevly, you could earn it via Option 2 (or theoretically both). I'll note, it looks like you are referencing v4 - I'd strongly suggest opting into v4.1 (especially for CI, as it reduces the total number of products to 10 - thus you earn exemplary performance at 20 total products, rather than 40). Option 2 is also more achievable under v4.1
