Dear Everyone,
We model building under Core and Shell certification, however during the LEED certification process tenant has designed interriors and now we plan to include interriors in our model to get credit for designed, already mounted lighting.
Tenant does not include diming in its scope, so we plan to use Eurpoean Alternative Compliance Path to model its interrior. It states that Proposed lighting must be oversized by 10% if dimming is not included.
The question is if we oversize Proposed lighting by 10% with the typical lighting schedule recommmended by ASHRAE should we:
1. Model Baseline without dimming
2. We need to model dimming in Baseline in addition to 10% Proposed LPD increase
In my opinion increasing Proposed and using dimming for Baseline makes no sense, but I want to be sure.
Many thanks for help

I think 1 is correct. The spreadsheet indicates that you are exempt for those mandatory lighting controls so you would not model them in the baseline.
