Hi All! Appreciate if someone can help with the following.
The reference guide states that for projects outside the U.S., all paints, coatings, adhesives, and sealants wet-applied on-site must either meet the technical requirements of the above regulations, or comply with applicable national VOC control regulations, such as the European Decopaint Directive (2004/42/EC), the Canadian VOC Concentration Limits for Architectural Coatings, or the Hong Kong Air Pollution Control (VOC) Regulation.
Is it acceptable if products are tested and deemed compliant in accordance with ISO 16000-3: 2010, ISO 16000-6: 2011, ISO 16000-9: 2006, ISO 16000-11:2006?

Hi,
The standards that you mentioned are for testing of VOC emissions after application on a surface, not for testing of VOC content in the unopened can which is required for the VOC content part of the credit. Therefore these standards do not help here, sorry.
But such a test may help to show compliance with the General Emissions Evaluation, required by the credit as well.
You may ask your testing supplier for details.

For a project outside US(project in middle east),can a choice of convenience be made among the referenced standards(canadian,hong kong,European decopaint directive etc.) for VOC content limit for wet applied products? Should the choice of standard be consistent for all products?

If you do not have similar local VOC content regulations in that country then yes, you could select a product that complies with any of the listed programs.

About credit documentation: is it required that VOC content applicable regulation and test method must be specified or included in the product's safety data sheet???
