Hi all,
We are developing a Core and Shell certification and we pursue the innovation credit "Occupant comfort survey". The innovation credit requirements tell:
"Administer at least one occupant comfort survey to collect anonymous responses [...]. Document survey results. Develop and implement a corrective action plan to address comfort issues if the results indicate that more than 20% of occupants are dissatisfied. Perform at least one survey and implement corrective actions."
Since our project is CS, it is necessary to develop the survey or the credit can be accomplished by adding the requirement to a Lease Agreement with the tenant?
Thanks!

To my knowledge, you must provide actual survey results to comply with the requirements. This almost always prolongs the whole certification process, which would normally otherwise complete at the end of the C/S construction, while most tenant fit-outs are ongoing.
It wouldn't hurt to email LEED Coach and ask about that option, though.

Any feedback on the above? As a Core and Shell project do we need to provide survey results ? We are also considering this as innovation credit..
