In one of my projects (Which is a retail shop in a mall), most of the lights are focus lights(About 60-70%). How to distinguish in this as most of the light seems accent one.

Can I apply for a 25% LPD reduction in LEED online form?

In my project, Which is a retail shop, the designed LPD is more than the ASHRAE 90.1, 2010. As most of the selected lights are focus Lights(Nearly about 60-70%). How to comply with the prerequisite and credit requirements in this case. As, the owner wants this much luminance in the retail shop.

Are you accounting for the Additional Interior Lighting Power allowed under Section 9.6.2? If you are still over the allowed LPD after the additional allowance then it comes dow to the savings you want or need. So you either change the lighting design to be below the allowance and generate some savings or you keep it the same and generate a "negative" savings. Interior lighting is not a mandatory provision so you can exceed the prescriptive requirements.
