Dear All,
One of our clients is developing an Office Building with some small stores on the groundfloor, without any connection to interior office building.
The permanent entryway systems 3 meters long in the primary direction of travel, (a requirement that is almost impossible to comply) can this requirement be exclude from these spaces?

My experience is that you can not exclude these, they are part of the LEED project. If they are other tenants than the office (Core and shell spaces in the NC building) you can also incorporate the requirements in a Tenant lease agreement.
