Aircraft collision avoidance lighting in highrise buildings

Our project is a highrise office building in a downtown area. All exterior lights at the ground level comply with this credit, but at the highest points of the building, there is white lighting for aircraft collision avoidance as required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Is this type of lighting exempt from this credit? Thank you in advance.

I would think it is excluded as a transportation related light.  This EBOM credit's language has no mention of the typical exemption.  I don't know if this was intentional or an oversite.
