NC-2009 EAc6:Green power

Threshold to Achieve 1 Point?

We're submitting in v2009 and the form indicates that "Must be at least 35% for credit compliance and at least 70% to earn exemplary performance." 35% achieves 2 points though and we're only looking to achieve a single point.

 

What is the threshold to achieve 1 point under this credit?

There is no 1 point threshold. Get to 35% get two points. I am not sure why the LEED User guidance says 1-2 points.
