Schools-NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Bipolar Ionization devices; documenting reduced outside air quantities

I have a new school project which currently has ionization devices throughout the HVAC RTUs.  These ionization devices reduce the required outside air. How do I proceed documenting this in the NC-Schools rating system?  The link here provides an ACP but for BD+C NC: https://www.usgbc.org/credits/new-construction-core-and-shell-schools-new-construction-retail-new-construction-healthc-148

Also, are there special considerations/provisions regarding this for completing the energy model for EAc1?
