The Forum page for this specific Pilot Credit is not yet available, so I'm posting here in the meantime.
Upon review, we found this credit to be an updated version of the Comprehensive Transportation Demand Program that was previously an Exemplary Performance option under v3 and prior versions. Our project is providing underground parking as part of their core/shell project, and this was a natural fit for goals the client already had in place as well as the program/system they were looking to install. The parking tracking was paired with the entry tracking system to help differentiate between those individuals driving and those using alternate methods.
I'd recommend that other projects that are providing parking in a controlled environment look to this Pilot credit for guidance.
