Does anyone have a good example or template for a Green Cleaning Policy that meets LEED Version 4.1 requirements.  

 

Requirements may have changed from teh LEED Version 3 EB and we wish to certify a building using LEED Version 4.1. O+M

Hi Frank, I'm not sure why they haven't populated the Resources section of this credit yet (you should send GBCI a message to prompt them), but you should be able to use the v4 template provided here: https://www.usgbc.org/credits/existing-buildings-schools-existing-buildings-retail-existing-buildings-hospitality-exist-32?view=resources&return=/credits/Existing%20Buildings/v4/Indoor%20environmental%20quality (posting a similar response to your Purchasing Policy question on its page, too)

Has anybody had experience with the policies templates? I am not sure if the target goals are arbitrary, or if the ones included in the template are the minimum.
