HI all,
I currently working on the project only 1000 sqm, this project only using in case have the conference or meeting, the project is a part of the manufacturing site, and the people working for this manufacturing will use project only for conference and meeting.
So, my question is how to calculate the FTE number for this project due to the conference and meeting room normal don't count in the FTE?
Thanks all

Hi Tien,
I haven't seen this circumstance before. If this were my project, I would probably determine what the total number of people could be if all spaces were used at the same time, and base my calcs on that to start. It would also be ideal to know what the expected duration of training will be or could potentially be. If it's all-day training, that basically is an FTE. It'd be a good idea to figure out that info, and email LEED Coach to confirm that your approach is appropriate.
It will be interesting to see their response. I could see them agreeing, or maybe telling you to use the total number as transients and not list any FTE if, for example, your training is only for a few hours at a time. It might be a combination of the two if training will vary.
If you do this, please post back the guidance you receive so that we know for others going forward.
