Where is it possible to find the current reference for the VOC limits by category? The CARB website links to the tables are all "page not found" and I haven't found other reliable sources.

if you are just looking for the VOC limits, the LEED v4 reference guide pg 658-659 list the references: basically, for paints and coating, either CARB 2007 or SCAQMD 1113 (June 3, 2011); and for adhesives and sealants, SCAQMD 1168 (July 1, 2005).
