Power factor

Is it nessessary to maintain the power factor or it is enough to record the power factor which is achieved by the project.?

Hello Jeyaraj,  According to Reference Guide - Electricity meters must record both consumption and demand. Whole-building electricity meters should
record the power factor, if appropriate. So, it is enough if it is able to record the power factor.
