Hello everybody, I'm dealing with a project of a new underground warehouse that is going to be developed on an existing prime farmland. Considering that soil will be restored as part of the project scope of work, and a new vineyard will be realized on the "roof" of the warehouse, do you think that LTc2 Sensitive Land Protection would be achievable?
Thank you all

LEED offers two options for compliance: either develop on "previously developed land" (Option-1) or develop on land not qualifying as 1 of 5 "sensitive" land types (Option-2). This does not qualify for Option-1, and regarding Option-2, this being an existing "prime farmland" means it cannot qualify here either. While commendable to be adding a new green roof above the new facility, I would argue the project still doesn't qualify for this LEED credit.
