Achieving credit ( 1 Innovation point?) for having a Green Cleaning Policy with a NC K-12 School Project

A few years back on NC Projects Achools were able to achieve 1 Innovation Point on NC Projects by Implementing a Green Cleaning Policy.

With the new V 4.1 how does one go about getting credit for implementing a Green Cleaning Policy? Is it stll a stand alone Innovation Point or does it need to be in conjunction with other?
