LEED version (v4 vs. v4.1) selection recommendation

I have a design project expected for FY2022. Should I analyze it under LEED v4 or LEED v4.1?

Since LEED v4.1 requirements can be substituted on an item by item based for LEED v4 projects, I register projects under LEED v4 and substitute LEED v4.1 requirements when it is advantageous to the project.
