Since the building is located in the city, it did not install any additionial exterior lightings around the building. Rooftop is not accessible, so there is no exterior lights.

Has anyone attempted or got a response?

Yes, having zero exterior lights does mean you can achieve this credit. This has been done by others. You may have to enter a value of "1" in the forms where it asks for wattage and light output. The form has errored in the past when "0" was entered. Just have in your description that there are no exterior lights. Any light, even rarely used lights, need to be counted.

Projects I'm used to have a Code required light on the exterior of every exit door. I am not familiar with Korean Codes.

Hello, we have a similar situation wherein the project din not anymore install exterior lights. However, there is an Arcade or kind of an exterior corridor, on the ground floor with some lights on the ceiling. Is this semi-closed arcade considered for exterior lights? Thank you very much!

New and Existing lights within the project boundary are considered in the calculations. If there is a roof but no walls I'd call it exterior. Covered parking that typically has 50% open walls is in the interior category for lighting. It's a judgement call.
