For showers in a new Project a shower column kit will be installed and it includes: a showerhead, a hose and a faucet.
(Example: Kohler Singulier K-72672T-C4-CP)
Each of the kit features has a different water consumption.
Should we:
a) Only verify the consumption for the showerhead? or
b) Verify the water consumption for each feature? (what to do with the hose?) or
c) Do the calculation with an average from the 3?

From the example you sent, the 'hose' portion is really just another showerhead.
I have had the regular tub faucet/showerhead combo before. In those cases, you do not take the tub faucet into account, but do report the showerhead in your calcs. We asked for clarification to be sure.
In this instance, it seems you would similarly leave the tub faucet out. If the two showerheads differ in flow rate then my guess would be to use the higher flow rate of the two in your calcs as a worst case and be safest. You may be able to average the two, but I have not seen precendent for that with water fixtures. In the case of other project components that had adjustable aspects, we were instructed to use worst case since there was no guarantee that the user(s) would not always use the choice with the higher rate.
I would include a short explanation to the reviewers to explain what you did in the calcs with this (and any other similar fixtures) so that it's clear.

Hi Olga,
We are encountering a similar situation. I wanted to circle back to your question from 2020 and see if you were able to somehow submit with the 2 flow rates, or ended up submitting with the higher flow rate/the worst option.
Thanks!

Hi Trisha,
I know the shower column kit might be a little confussing. I followed Emily's advice: didn't take the faucet into account and for the calculation we used the showerhead with the highest flow rate as a worst case.
We submitted the prerq/credit and it was all accepted and awarded.
Good luck! :)
