Does any know if the chinese standard GB 18582-2008 'Indoor decorating and refurbishing materials. Limit of harmful substances of interior architectural coatings' complies with the low emitting materials credit?

It is difficult to identify if the standard complies with the general emissions evaluation and the additional VOC content requirements for wet-applied products.
