My team and I are working through how to determine our baseline building for this credit. The language reads:
"The baseline and proposed buildings must be of comparable size, function, orientation, and operating energy performance as defined in EA Prerequisite Minimum Energy Performance."
So, what's constant? Structural system, envelope R-values, envelope cladding? Has anyone had success with achieving this credit, and if so, how did you establish your baseline?
