Try Weld On, they have a line called EcoWeld that I believe has what you’re looking for.

You could also take a look at Xirtec 24 CPVC Cement with Xirtec 7 Primer from IPEX. IPEX was able to provide CDPH test certificates for both products and the VOC contents are within current limits.

I was looking at EcoWeld just now, it has some pretty strong indicators it does have emissions testing compliance.  In cases like this, always contact the manufacturer to confirm.  I have come across countless instances of the documentation existing but not being readily available or easily found on the website or databases.  Also, tons of manufacturers are finally breaking down and getting the testing done.  I have a few instances where the manufacturer is in the midst of testing, so that the product will be compliant by the time we submit for review.

Keep in mind (not that any of us should get into the habit of not pushing for General Emissions compliance) we don't have to meet 100% compliance level for emissions.  Yes 100% for VOC, no for emissions evaluation.  However, all of us continuing to ask manufacturers for it can help propel them into getting the testing done.

I agree about continuing to ask manufacturers about testing because you never know what might come of it.  I've had mixed levels of success.  Some places I hit a brick wall, but then others are quite amenable.  One manufacturer in particular ( J C Whitlam Manufacturing) was great to talk to and they are initiating testing of one of their joint compounds specifically because of conversations we had around LEED.

Oatey and Hercules each have about 15 products with cdph testing.  They only came out last fall but the main ones are there (cement, primer, etc). We’ve got a full list on our blog post for Green Badger but it’s not letting me post a link.  

I can’t speak to Hercules, but Oatey is definitely a good one.  Not all Oatey products are tested, there was one I asked about in December that was not, but they indicated they are moving in that direction.

I strongly agree with Renee’s comment about the value in communication with manufacturers.  Even if you make the call or send the email and that particular product hasn’t been tested, every time one of us does it we’re sending the message that the industry demand for testing is there!

Double check that the Weld On General Emissions Evaluation is for the correct product.  We couldn't use it on a job recently because the product the General Emissions Evaluation was performed for had it's name changed and USGBC wouldn't accept it.
