Fitwel consulting fee range

I'm interested in this, too, for a sanity check. We've proposed on a project for Fitwel, but it was v2 (v2.1 is significantly different), and the project is also doing LEED, so there is overlap. The way I generate estimates is itemized by Strategy (credit) effort, phase tasks (meetings, spec writing, QC, etc), and by discipline since billing rates (and project multipliers) vary. We came up with a total of ~500 hours, with about 3/5 of that allocated to the Fitwel Ambassador. For that project, that assumed some efficiencies by reusing the documentation we were already generating for LEED.  The hard costs for registration and review are separate. 

Hi folks, As much as I know it’s tempting, fees are something we absolutely cannot talk about in a group of competing organizations like this. It can get us in big antitrust trouble.
