What Credits Require a Performance Period

Dear All,

For LEED v4 O&M projects, do we need to establish performance periods for all the credits? Especially for credits which are not required to make any kind of a measurement in order to achieve points. Could you please let me know how to determine for what credits we need to establish a performance period?

I'm working on a couple of O&M project and I need to inform clients ASAP, so I'd highly appreciate any input.

Hi Divantha, all EBOM v4 projects must provide a performance periods table (available here: https://www.usgbc.org/resources/performance-periods-table). For credits where the performance period doesn't really matter, you can just use the standard 3 month performance period you're using across your other credits. Just remember that all performance periods must end within the same 30-day window and you should be able to get everything to align.
