NC-v4.1 EQc2:Low-Emitting Materials

v4.1 Low-Emitting Materials Form

Does anyone know if USGBC has published a revised form for v4.1 Low-Emitting Materials? The form in LEED Online is still for the v4 version, despite choosing the v4.1 option. With the significant changes to the material categories in this credit in v4.1, using the old form created for v4 doesn't make a lot of sense. I know there is a new calculator for v4.1, but am wondering if there is a form available.

Hi Rebecca, If you go the main LEEDOnline page, where you select projects, on the right-side you'll find a link for v4.1 Sample Forms. I believe you can then upload these v4.1 forms as part of your documentation.

Thanks Aya...I was also wondering the same thing.  The calculator was fairly easy to find but those forms weren't...this was very helpful!
