Commercial Ice Machines Equivalent

LEED reference guide states for Ice machines "ENERGY STAR or performance equivalent." Does anyone know if 2018 DOE (Department of Energy) regulations would be an acceptable performance equivalent?

GoodMorning from Greece What about European market? All the "Energy Star" listed ice makers are not available in Europe. And Energy star Partners, like Hoshizaki or Manitowoc do not offer equivalent products for the European market. I am looking for Self Contained Air-Cooled Batch-Type icemakers

Yes, I know the link. I am aware of the criteria. The main problem is that european manufacturers do not produce ice makers that meet the criteria. So my question was not to be able judge if a machine meets the criteria but if someone nows an ice machine brand witha series that meets the criteria. To help a litle the following brands do not have any ice makers close to the requirements or they do not have any available to sell for the european market (Brema, NTF, Scotchman, ITV, Frosty, Hoshizaki, Manitowoc etc).
