We have a project in Saudi Arabia and are wondering if any other projects have approved equivalencies for the 2 year 24 hour storm? For this particular project location that would essentially be Zero. We are wondering if other projects in water-starved areas are recommended to use a 5 year, or more frequent storm, and for Saudi Arabia in particular if anyone can direct me to resources with daily rainfall values.
