NC-v4.1 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Best practice energy performance requirements for buildings

Hey,

I was trying to find best practices specification for LEED for residential buildings ,ideally new builds, however couldn't find any. I am particularly interested in u-values, air tightness ( m3/hr.m2 at 50pa), thermal mass parameter and target emission rates (kg CO2/m2. year). 

Could anyone help out?

Agata, best practices vary a lot by climate zone, location, and project specifics, and the best resources for a particular region may vary a lot too. Can you be more specific about the location, climate zone, building type and program?
