Squat WC using manual flushing

Dear All,

We have 2 nos of squat toilet within the development for the security and driver room. However, the flushing system will be manual using bucket. 

How to justify the WC flushing flow rate for the water saving calculator? Can we exclude this?

This is a new one for me. I'd email LEED Coach for confirmation. The Reference Guide states "Squat (floor-mounted) toilets. Flow rates and flushing mechanisms must conform to the same design standards as commercial toilets." Yours, however, has no flushing mechanism, and therefore no flow rate... I'm guessing they'll say to exclude it and provide a narrative to the reviewers explaining the situation. I'd contact them for official guidance for sure, though.
