I noticed in the LEEDuser commentary that the credit calculations need to include parking outside the LEED project boundary.  Does this addition area get added to the area to of the LEED project boundary to create a total project site paving area?

I don't believe the owners/tenant area actually leasing any additional parking, but there is adjacent parking available beyond the LEED project boundary that can be used, if needed.  The owner/tenant the project have an agreement to share their parking spaces to support both businesses and residents.  Should this potential "overflow" parking still be included in the total site paving area?
